學校介紹：
索爾福德大學創立於1896年，前身為索爾福德皇家技術學院(Royal Technical Institute, Salford)，隨後歷經學院分裂、工業革命後的100年，正式升格為大學。
學校擁有優異的師資且著重實務教學，長期與當地的企業保持良好的合作關係，包括BBC、iTV，並提供學生實習的機會，因此學生畢業後的就業率極高。
